Doggie Kamp Rescue and Rehab, Inc came about from a Lady with a big doggie heart.  To quote Jan Rosen, “What are you going to do if a Doggie Kamp customer passes away and the dogs I know are left behind? Or, if a dog in need crosses my path, am I supposed to turn my back on it? Or, if someone boards their dog(s) and chose not to come back for them, do I send them off to a shelter?”  Well all of these circumstances came into play at Doggie Kamp, Inc., (Jan’s boarding facility). She chose not to turn her back on her furry pals.  The population of doggies in need grew and the 501C3 got filed and so did the birth of Doggie Kamp Rescue and Rehabilitation, Inc. It is also known as DKRR.
